Merlin's training programmes:



The CORE workshops install a foundation of people management skills and Merlin knowledge. CORE is an essential part of training for our supervisors, team leaders and managers and is the foundation to Merlin's development path. 


Delivered in each attraction with local legislation in mind, CORE ensures all people managers in our businesses acquire the tools to effectively recruit, manage and lead their teams the Merlin way.


Merlin's Management Programme (MMP)

MMP is a 5 day leadership programme run globally that equips individuals with the key skills required to manage a team and department effectively in order to deliver business results.


This programme supports Merlin’s 7 KPI’s and business growth and allows students to learn personal and business leadership skills to manage teams or departments effectively to support the service strategy and business growth.


Leadership Transition

This programme enables individuals to make the step change from 'managing' to 'leading'. Improved confidence, becoming a role model, and nurturing your team all feature in this 3-module programme. The five principles covered are simple however highly effective in delivering great business results.



A diploma in Business and Management, this programme uses a blended approach of vocational and theory based learning, and is designed to help our existing leaders progress to the next stage in their careers. The Merlin board endorses the business projects in this programme enabling delegates to further build their profile
